Adam Lambert Gets Teens’ Choice Award

Adam Lambert, with his soaring popularity as an American Idol runner up, was voted by the American teens from all over to be their Choice Male Reality / TV Show Star. He beat Kris Allen, the one who actually won American Idol Season 8 title.

However, Adam Lambert wasn’t able to accept his award. He was only shown on screen thanking every teen watching of the recognition that they have given him. He asked for an apology because he was in New York for the American Idol Summer Tour and can’t physically be with them in the studio. Nonetheless, he’s very grateful of it.

Rumor: Adam Lambert Angered by Fan

The story went like this:

During the Washington leg of the American Idol Summer tour, Adam Lambert is having some chit chat with winner Kris Allen. Then somebody, a fan, more particularly, grabbed him and said she loved his voice and that he’s the greatest.

Adam’s resonse? A frenzied fit and an angry voice. He said, “WTF! My nails are still wet! Look what you’ve done. Now I have to do them all over again!”

Adam’s got a diva mentality too soon? Well, this is just a rumor. And it would take more than just one nasty rumor to get Adam down. No confirmations about it and a lot of fans still can’t think that Adam could say and do such a thing.

Adam Lambert On Tour: It Takes a Lot of Energy

Adam Lambert, along with the American Idol Season 8 alumni, is out going from city to city doing tours. Not that it’s his first time to do such a thing. But everything he’s experiencing so far has taken him by surprise.

During his theatrical stint in Wicked, he has done tours around the country as well. But he said that it wasn’t as fast and busy as the American Idol tour he’s currently in. With Wicked, they stayed for a month or two on a certain city. On the American Idol summer tour, they are supposed to go to different a city every night and do a show.

It’s not like he expected but Adam enjoys it a lot. He even said he didn’t imagine he could sleep in the bus but he actually could.
